Hello @Maytinh,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome onboard!
I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.
Please, review these 2 HP official articles about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:
>> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03515402
If you did try everything but nothing helped and if you still cannot start your PC, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. In such case, please contact HP for free assistance and in-warranty service
>> http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00372730
>> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or if you face difficulties.

Hi @Maytinh
Thank you for following all the steps and for replying back. The chat itself will not be able to turn your PC on.
Please, get back to HP and ask them to ship the PC to them or to the respective service center for free in-warranty service. As the PC was purchased in January, it is eligable for free service.
