Thanks. What I interpret is, my laptop stays off, instead of restarting. So, the installation process also stops with it and doesn't start after rebooting. That's why the BIOS is not upgrading.

In the previous successful BIOS update, I have seen that, the processor fan goes very high and many more things, which makes you feel that something is happening inside. But after that I got 2 more updates (including this one) But believe me, both of them ended up the same way, no updates, the PC remains off and needs manually turn on by button.
