Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

I am having issues with the startup of my laptop. Everytime I turn it on it shows a black screen with a blue section for my password. I dont remember my password since I havent' used this laptop in almost 4 years. But i would like to access all my pictures so that I can move them to my hard drive. 

then it says system disabled [13113]
