HP250

Hi Guys i purchased a new Hp 250 late last year. The laptop has had problems ever since new. I have had it back to our local computer shop the first time when it was only 1 month old. It just keeps crashing for no aparent reason. Our local computershop has had it in their possesion now for at least 9 weeks. I purchased this for work but it has cost me so much time and money. I have a case number and finally Hp are going to replace the mother board. I have told our computer shop that i do not want a computer back that will have no warranty left and new componebts that may fail . For this reason and with the resomendation of consumer affairs i am demanding a full refund on this lemon machine. I have tried to get through to costomer support only to be put on hold for 45mins.

 

Can some one please help me in resolving this problem.
