I have a split x2. When I dock my tablet with the keyboard i hear a clicking sound and the keyboard does not work. Could i just restart the keyboard? if so how do i do that? Thanks!

It is definitely a glitch, that may require the product to be serviced. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

The best method to fix this is to download the new Intel Graphics hardware Driver for it. Do the flash upgrade for Windows 8.1 first.
You may do this by undocking it and using it as a tablet, but please, once you are done typing, put it back on the keyboard dock so you don't lose power while the upgrade is being done.

As such I can't get in at all and frankly I'm not happy.
