We have different amounts of the above laptops in the company and our users are experiencing issues with the display. The screen will lockup but when we connect to their laptop remotely we can see the display fine and can see the user moving the mouse pointer / using the keyboard. The only way for the user to fix this is to open and close the laptop lid.
We are using driver version 6.14.10.5338 on 80 of these laptops with the rest using the previous release 6.4.10.5338 and encounter the same issue.
We are running Windows XP SP3
