I am about to start following your instructions.
In the meantime I have just ordered an "HP 2711X 27 in. LED Monitor" to replace this "Panasonic VIERA LED TV" that I am not happy w/.
Taking care of this business w/ the NVIDIA should help w/ the setup of the HP 2711X 27 in. LED Monitor", correct?
thank you, again

Nothing has changed.
It is the same as b4.

Now I do have an "INVIDIA Control Panel", which I did not have b4.
However, I can find nothing about "changing the aspect ratio"..
help, again

I was trying to achieve only this with you now. It was our goal to make it back.
In the link below are instructions how to configure the connection with HD TV using Nvidia Control Panel:
How do I setup my NVIDIA based graphics card to work with my HDTV?

Under "Display" I do not have a "Adjust Desktop size and position".
All I have under "Display" is:
- Change resolution
- Change flat panel scaling
- Adjust desktop color settings
- Rotate display
- Setup multiple displays
Without "Adjust Desktop size and position" how do I eliminate my "Overscan" ?
In the meantime I went to the NVIDIA site & learned there is an update for my card.
NVIDIA recomends checking w/ my product manufacturer prior to installing the update.
Here is the update info:
Verde R295 Driver

Try it. If there will be any problem just reinstall current driver.

I will try it.
Any input on how to overcome my "Overscan" since I do not have the "Adjust Desktop size and position".option under the display category?

This option may appear in the nVidia driver. I do not own now any machine with the nVidia card so I ma not able to give you better directions.
