i am having this problem for over 1 year now.
as the title says it says that my amd driver has stopped working and has been recovered.
i installed all the drivers like CCC and directx.
i would really be glad if someone could help me with this problem.
it happens when im playing games, or browsing the internet.

You can find useful information on this site, but you must understand that this forum is operated by users and not directly by HP. Is a volunteer work.

We cannot guess what notebook you have....
Second, you must have patience. We are not HP employees. We answer to you question when we have time.
If you wait a year, to endure this error every day, I think you can wait a few days for a solution....
Please post your laptop model number to start investigate your problem.

I downloaded and installed "HP Support Assistant"
It says that my productname is: P5KC
And serial number says: System Serial Number PRODUCTNUMBER To Be Filled By O.E.M.
