Black Screen on YouTube HELP!?

When on YouTube i can watch a certain videos but when i click to watch it on their channel or in fullscreen my screen just goes black :/ Help anybody!?

you need to install all the latest drivers from HP support assistant  or you can go to the website

It says my Computer is up to date? i only bought my laptop a couple of days ago and have done the 'tune-up'
