Hi, I ordered my laptop (HP DV6-6c12sa) from Littlewoods in February. After I had set it up, my partner noticed a small black mark in the top right hand corner. I didn't contact HP about it back then, as the reason I got the laptop was for my courses with the OU, and suffering with anxiety, I couldn't bear the thought of being without a laptop during my course, but over the past few weeks, this mark has got bigger, and now I've also got a grey line across the top and a thin white line from the top of the screen to the bottom, about 1 inch from the right of the screen, so really I need it sorted. I'm worried that because I didn't ask straight away that it won't be replaced now though, can anyone advise me of this please?
