Can not view any videos over internet

I am unable to view any videos ober the internet.  It keeps telling me to update Adobe Flash.  I have installed and uninstalled it several times and it still doesn't work.  It just quit working.  It does not want to load Adobe from the traditional site.  When I try, it gets to the second page of the process and just sits there.  I am running Internet Explorer 9.  I have tried loading different versions of Adobe, but still doesn' work.  Any help would be appreciated.    mc123

Please identify your notebook/pc .

Look at the base/rear/side of the notebook/pc at the barcoded sticker.

Post items numbered 1 and 2 on the following image. Your barcode may be slightly different but will still have the important imformation needed for us to help you.

Thanks for the information. You did not state which OS is installed. Please do that.

 I suggest that you try another browser. Both Firefox4 and Google Chrome would be good candidates.

I switched Browsers to google crome, and it worked.  I just wish i knew why AOL stopped working.  This has been my Browser for years.  Thanks again...
