Cannot instal automatic windows update NVIDIA Geforce 7150M

I'm trying to update nVidia - Display - NVIDIA GeForce 7150M / nForce 630M released December 2008 driver however it fails with error code 800703E3. (HP Pavilion notebook dv6815nr)

 

Can anyone please shed some light on this and explain what or what I'm not doing right ?

I downloaded/installed and ran Driver Cleaner.NET following all instructions.  It still didn't work.  I did get a "new" message that said "Driver can not be installed because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner".  I'm still open for options.
