Compaq 615 shutting down, Please, Help!

Hi everybody,

my NEW Compaq 615 Laptop frequently shuts down, the monitor lamp however remains lighting

. Operation sys Win XP. I suppose overheating. Could anybody please advice something? Here or directly per e-mail coreshok88@mail.ru

when turn-on laptopcompaq 615,after 1seconds automatic shutting down.
