Hi:

 

Below is the service manual for your notebook.

See chapter 1, page 2 and chapter 3, page 18.

 

The only way to upgrade the video adapter on it, would be to replace the entire motherboard for one with the Intel board with the AMD Radeon HD 6370M.

 

I believe that the costs attendant to doing this, would far outweigh selling your notebook and purchasing one with the graphics solution you are looking for.
