I have NEVER experienced worse customer service in my life... HP is very easy to access when they are selling something, but when there is a problem, you cant get ahold of anyone.. My HP PAVILION is exactly 3as months old. I use it aprox. 1.5 hrs/ week. Was on it & screen went black. I thought the battery died, so I plugged it in to charge (w/ surge protector) when I opened it up the screen appeared shattered (from the inside). Sight unseen, HP wants $300+ to fix the screen. Never been dropped, bumped,hot,cold or left my home, yet they are adamant that I somehow damaged my computer. I didnt even try to get it free, thought maybe they would offer to extend my warranty or something. I WILL NEVER BUY HP ANYTHING AGAIN. I will also see to it that everyone whom I know, will be made aware of what ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS hp is.. The way they operate should be absolutely prosecutable by law..
