Does ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 in my HPdv7-2043cl support TV Out via the VGA port?

I would like to connect analog TVs (while visiting relatives) to my Laptop using a VGA-to-S-Video/RCA adapter.

I can make the physical connection.  Will it work?

"The VGA card must support TV out directly through VGA port function" 

In the non-mobile version of the 4650, it appears that this is the case.

No.  Forgot I had asked the question!  Just have to burn it to DVD and play the DVD....  Regards,  Bruce
