[Envy 17] How do I get my monitor drivers back after a reinstall?

After a format and re-install of Windows 7, I can not get the display off of Generic Pnp Monitor. I want it back to 120 hz refresh rate. I have the Envy 17 with Full HD Ultra BrightView Infinity LED.

Please select the model of your machine to get graphics driver and reinstall it

I did that but the monitor itself is still slated as "Generic PnP Monitor" with a max refresh rate of 60 Hz

I am talking MONITOR driver itself, not GRAPHICS CARD
