How can I switch between the internal and the discrete graphic unit?

I've installed the recommended drivers from HP website, but I haven't got the possibility to switch.

 

I recognised with dxdiag that the system uses the Intel graphic unit only, but I want to use the AMD graphic unit.

I can't install the CCC of AMD, because it claims that no device is available. So I checked in the Device Manager if the AMD GPU is recognised and it isn't! All drivers are installed.

The BIOS is restricted and I'm not able to change the graphic unit in the BIOS.

So I need your help.

Please provide me a solution for that issue.

Problem fixed. Just reinstalled the whole AMD-Packages and done a reboot. Afterwards install the factory driver once again, and everthing works fine!
