So, emm.. Basicly, there are no drivers for this graphics card. As I try to download the drivers from the HP site, it says that the drivers have been moved or removed.
So, I called the HP support about this problem, as I can't get the 7670m working, but the Intel HD 4000 is on all the time. There's no fixed nor dynamic options for this laptop.
So, anyways, at the HP support they told me to download the 12.6 ATI Catalyst, so I did that, and this seems to be working even worse, what to do guys? What to do?

There's no Catalyst Control Center there. Only Catalyst Install Manager.

What happens when you uninstall it? Go to Device Manager, select the ATI device, right click and select Uninstall. If there is a selection to delete driver too choose it. Restart the laptop before installing new driver.

Managed to uninstall the current drivers and catalyst control center through the Catalyst Install Manager, but for some reason the switchable graphics aren't still working? GPU-Z shows that the Intel HD 4000 has load all the time, but the 7670 has none.
Seriously, what is this HP? This wasn't a cheap laptop, you know.
E: Before you ask, yes, I did install the latest drivers. Or atleast the drivers you provided.

If your BIOS has no setting the notebook is set to use Dynamic which means it will switch as needed for applications. It will also default to onboard when on battery only. But, you should have settings in the Catalyst Control Center to choose which gpu for most apps, whether on battery or not. My test notebook has Intel onboard and Nvidia discrete so I can't offer much more than the link to HP document on settings in CCC.
