Error Message When Trying to Play DVD's

I get the following error message when trying to play DVD's:

 

"Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card."

 

My OS is Windows seven, and I do not see any video upgrades on the HP Support site. Help!!

Plz tell me the product number (p/n) written on a white sticket at the bottom of the notebook and the Operating system version (32/64-bit)

32-bit what??

 

XP, Vista or Win 7?????

 

try downloading and installing k-lite mega codec pack
