Flickering Black Lines On Screen hp pavilion g7-1328dx

A couple days after receiving my computer I started getting black flickering lines in my monitor . I tried pugging a second monitor in to see if it was the monitor or software the 2nd monitor did not flickr . I tried changing resolution but  it still flickers . Is there anything else i should do before i try to return it ?
