Flickering Horizontal lines on HP Pavilion dm1-4027sa

The Display on My new HP pavilion dm1-4027sa flickers lines across the screen. This has just started and is very annoying, the Operating system is 7 professional 32bit! There was no changes i have done to the system.

This is on a machine with the AMD Graphics, if there is no fix for it then Im not going to be happy as I Own many HP buissness machines! And will look at replacing them with an apple! Not good for a machine which is 1 month old!

I have no solution to offer. I just want to report that I have the

exact same problem, on the same laptop model, also quite new.

The glitch appears and disappears seemingly at random, but it

has become more frequent over time. It seems to affect the

internal display only, i.e. it is a problem related to the LCD panel

or its connection, not to the GPU.

we also bought the same model computer 2 weeks ago...same prioblem...really annoying

very sad that people can sell such **bleep**!

Hello there, I have spoken to the place where I bought the machine. They are going to send it back to HP to be repaired/replaced! i would suggest you contact the place where you purchased the device!
