Font to Small only on websites

my font is SO small i could hardly fill out the form. This seems to be only with websites. I have turned my font up to 200% and it only helps with my desk top and my bing line etc. Also my cursers jumps all around like it has a mind of it's own. I know dragging my hand across the board does this but it seems to be very sensitive. This is my first visit with you HP Support but I'm going to getting back with you on some other set up questions. Never used this type of support.

Can you give me some more info about your setup? Things like what operating system you are using, what web browers your using, etc. These are helpful for me to be able to give you the proper instructions to resolve the issue.

Hello Sean,

I have a VERY similar problem.  Sometimes it IS attributed to moving my hand on the mouse pad (laptop built in mouse pad)

I have noticed while filling out the hp registration that the computer seems to take control WithOut any outside stimulus to change the font size of the  page. 

 

 

HOW  DO I FIX THIS?     It is quite Vexing.  and although the feature that shows the various screen shots of sites one has been to.   It does Not allow to resize and bring back to a readable resolution.  If / when Magnifier is used just as erratic.  Magnifier brings Everything up to 200%  which is also difficult to view unless only want to look at one word at a time - Forget about viewing web page quickly.

 

I start a new e-learning program today and would really appreciate a  solution to this font shrinking (to miniscule) problem.
