G62 a21se webcam

hi
i just bought a G62 a21se
it didnt have windows and after i installed win 7 32bit i downloaded the drivers for it from HP website
but i couldnt find any software for using the webcam
and hot keys arent working properly
actually i downloaded the driver for keyboard too but nothing happend
whats wrong
what should i do?
and is there any different between EZ and SE drivers/?

Download Cyberlink Youcam from here which will help you use the webcam ... Below using the webcam check if the webcam is detected in device manager under Imaging device...
On the Keyboard hot keys not working properly are you talking about the 5 keys on the left hand side or the Function keys on the top row...

some of the keys in the left are working but i mean the top keys and functions
what im supposed to do?
is the cyber link for HP products or for all laptop webcams?

You Can disable that functionality by disabling "Action Keys Mode" in the BIOS...

On the cyberlink software, that works for All Notebooks with webcam...But the installation file is specific to HP...
