Problem Solved.

First I need to apologize for my bad english. I`m Brazilian...And my Windows is not in english.

Actually the notebook has 2 video graphic adaptors. One of ATI and other for the Intel Chipset. They work together in diferent kind of situation.

The Intel Graphic works when the computer is out of battery charger, to save energy. When we plug the battery charger, the ATI Graphic Adaptor start to run.

But in some cases it doesn`t works, even if the cable is plugged in.

To solve this, you have to setup the windows energy settings.

Right click on the battery in the taskbar -> Energy Opitions;

So you have to create a energy plan, or edit your actual plan. 

click on the phrase sayng something like this "Change Advanced Energy Settings".

Than will open a small windows. Search for Intel and ATI graphic adaptors and set both to maximize performance.

I`ve made a test here playing Counter-Strike Source. Before the energy configuration, my FPS was about 25, 30. After the configuration increase to 70, 80 fps. Now I can play good enough to kill someone!

If Nothing works, try to download the current VGA driver at the suport webpage, or one before it.

Only download ''AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver''.

I don`t know if it makes difference, but I`m using a DirectX 9.0...even though I don`t know where to download and install the 11.0 version.
