HP DV6 Computer "blank screen"

Hello. I'm just having annoying problems with my computer. My HP dv6 notebook computer is almost a year old and I'm having these blank screen problems. It started to occur about some weeks after I bought the computer. I am a gaming fan, and when I for example play a game and I press the "Start" button to listen to any songs, a "blank darkblue-ish" color appears. Then I will have to hold and press the power button to restart it. This occurs very often when I use Skype while I'm playing. Is there any suggestions to remove this? Has it something with my Graphic Card to do? Please, I really need help. Regards Merceny.
