HP Envy 17 3200 Switchable Graphic problem

I just wanted a second opinion on this.  When I try to play games, I get minimal FPS and even when the game allows me to choose a graphics card it only allows me to choose the Intel 4000 not the radeon 7850m. 

 

Is this part of the whole switchable graphics bug that ENVY is having?

 

btw, 2 calls to "Concierge " customer support and promises of calls back and not ONE.  Glad to see the white glove treatment is in effect.
