HP G71t-300 Notebook fell on floor. Now it has 5 columns screen

I have HP G71t-300Laptop.  It fell accidentally on the floor. Now its screen has 5 columns screen.   Col-1: 3.75" wide, 
Col-2: 1'' wide (white background, 4 fine vertical stripes), 
Col -3: 1" wide: screen (no files display), 
Col-4: 1.75" wide (repition of Col-1), 
Col-5: 7.5" wide.   
so I can open separate files in Col 1 and 5 only.   what should I do. Pl advise
