HP Pavilion dv4-2145dx strange lcd display color

this laptop was dropped and the lcd display cracked. a replacement lcd display and an inverter was ordered and installed. the display still not functioning properly when booted. you can get an idea of the problem by looking at this youtube video i posted >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fI8qUzKENDE
