Hello, the problem is that when I connect my laptop via HDMI to my 32" tv, which supports Full HD, the image on the tv doesn't show properly, to be more precise, a small part of all sides of the image on tv are not shown. The laptop is HP Probook 4530s and has Intel HD Graphics 3000 as well as AMD Radeon HD6490M, I have tried that on both graphics cards but the results is same. Laptop's resolution is set on maximum 1366x768. Is there a solution for that problem?

FireFoxAsd,
Welcome to the forum!
If you have it on the Intel:
You might need to get into the Advanced Mode on the Display manager for the Intel Display,
Select the Display for the TV (instead of your notebook display at the drop down menu on the right),
Go to Scaling
and
Customize the Aspect Ratio by hand, that is, Manually.
I had to do this with my new 16:9 aspect 27" HD monitor recently. The standard (default) display was wildly off the mark when I first connected the monitor.
I entered Horizontal and Vertical numbers until I got it where I wanted it (using Resolution 1920X1080).
In my case, a Scaling Aspect of Horizontal 40 and Vertical 60 works well enough (keeps the windows at "full" inside the frame.
It could be slightly more accurate, I just stopped when it was close.
I hope this helps.

FireFoxasd,
The graphic shown in my example and fix actually comes from Windows 7 - 64, Intel HD Graphics and Media Control Panel - on the Taskbar, in this case.
What is your Operating System? Select below and see if the Intel graphics driver is available is newer than what you have on your system now.
You might be able to update the HD driver and obtain the Intel control Panel needed to adjust the aspect ratio for the monitor / TV from the Intel graphics control panel.
I hope this helps.

Hi Firefoxasd,
I do not know if you can access this tool from your system. You may not see it on your Taskbar, depending on how you have your "Notifications" set up for the Taskbar.
Whether you have the Intel Panel depends on whether you have the same (or a similar) Intel chipset. If you do have this Intel menu / Panel, then it may work to fix that viewing area on the TV...
Alternate method to find the Intel Graphics and Media control panel:
Control Panel > icon view > Intel (R) Graphics and Media > Advanced Mode
Continue as shown in my previous post...
I hope this helps....
