HP Probook 4740s [ Edited ]

Hi. I have a problem with my HP Probook 4740s. I can't disable the Intel HD video card, or even select Radeon to use with such appliactions as Opera. Why I want it? On the Intel HD graphics the video on youtube with fullscreen is choppy, even when in HD.

The second thing is that I can not set two touchpad buttons as the 'third button' which is quite annoying when using the browser. Maybe release a BIOS update? I heard many people with simiilar problems.

PS hope you all can unsterstand what I mean, my English is not that best. 

PS it's a good laptop I can recommend it to everyone, only those two things are annoying.
