HP dv5t-1000 video output problem?

Recently, my computer screen's output has turned a shade of green, with various artifacts along the screen.  Also, the computer sometimes randomly shuts down. Along with the random shutdowns, the computer automatically shuts down if I tilt the screen. What should I do?

it seems the rest of the laptop works just fine, just the screen/video output is a problem.
