Help! Blu Ray - It plays Audio but no Video!

Hey everyone!

I have and HP Pavilion dv7-1260us and I've been having this problem the last few days with my blu ray player. Before that I could just play any movie and it would work,  but now everytime I try a blu ray disc, I can hear the first seconds of audio, no video and then it hangs.

Can somebody please tell me what to do? I've tried reinstalling the Media Smart DVD software and it keeps doing the same. I don't want to format the laptop again, can somebody please help me?
