I was messing around with my touchscreen computer (I'm not very computer literate!) and clicked HIGH CONTRAST. Now I have black background on all the toolbars and the stuff at the bottom of my screen. Also, when I get emails, the background is black making it very difficult to read some of the emails.  How do I get this off of my computer screen??? I've tried everything I could. Someone PLEASE help!!! Thank you in advance!!
