I am having troubles with game and video playback they freeze up and stutter

Hello everybody

I have try but after 100 pages I gave up,

I am having this problem for a long time i have try many different things but no luck I have the latest driver and software i used VLC and so many others and still the same the videos stutter not matter the quality the result is always the same at some fast action parts. and as for the games I have try the lower resolution possible the frame rate but always the same even for some old games not so demanding, it freeze up and when is back I am already kill by the sniper on the rooftop or crash again the wall during the race.

You may be experiencing heat related issues.Do you use a notebook cooling pad when playing videos and games?

Thanks Cheryl but this is not my problem this is my work computer but went I am travelling I used to see a movie or play a not demanding game and this is happening event after the notebook have bee seating off on the table, the notebook have been open to clean the fan by the company IT tech already and found not much to clean

Have you tried updating your drivers, especially for vga?

Does the problem occur on both battery only and power adapter?
