I have never dropped my computer and it was recently purchased in March. I have a green line that keeps staying on my screen and I don't know how it got there and I am trying to get it off. It effects all my screens.

Hi VickiMonique,
Aansi is right - you can all this in to HP. This may well be hardware. You don't have to drop a notebook for it to have display issues. They can last for years - or go sideways all of the sudden. It is the nature of hardware that it is like that. Best to get it fixed now while the unit is covered by warranty rather than later...
Below is a document about display screens and what you can do on your own to try and fix the issue. It is just possible that it is a software problem and can be resolved by updating your drivers and / or your computer's BIOS. The document will tell you about that option.
