I have a HP 4530s with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit with 4GB (2.9 usable), an intel core i3.
My video card has 1GB but it's not dedicated and i want to know if i can improve the dedicated amount of ram because the ram memory is shared and i just have 64MB of dedicated ram.
I want to improve it because i want to play a game and i have to have at least 512MB of dedicated ram.
does it have some way to improve ?????
plz i need help.

Hi,
Sorry to say but there is no way to increase the amount of dedicated Ram - this is a physical property of the memory chip(s) on the GPU.

Hi,
To answer your questions in order:
1. The graphics chip on your notebook is integrated into the Motherboard and as such, is not an upgradeable component.
2. Looking at the Minimum Requirements For Battlefield 3 you will not be able to run this game.
3. You cannot increase the amount of 'dedicated ram' on a GPU - this is determined by the capacity of the ram chips soldered to the GPU.
