Integrated Webcam problem.

Hey, I have the Dv7-6b78us and I use Windows 7 64-bit. When ever I try on Youcam or Hp mediasmart webcam it says there is no webcam plugged it. I uninstalled youcam before i used media smart so they wouldn't conflict. I used to have problems with Youcam and i updated it, but now it says i have no webcam plugged in. Please help, I would enjoy any response even if you are not sure. Also It says to turn on the integrated camera, but i'm not sure how. another edit, I am having USB device problems, even when none are plugged in.
