Hi there,<br><br>I had been using my laptop, i have a HP G6 then put the screen down so it would hibernate, then went to open it up again to use it later and it had a blue screen with some writing then turned completely off, i then plugged in the charger and tried to turn it back on, the lights turn on like power button but screen stays off, I also holding down the power button turning it off then turning it on again and nothing happens still, what could be the issue?
