Please provide your model/product number so that we can provide the best reply possible. This document can guide you to find the product number.
Without more details, I would start troubleshooting with this document. If you still have problems, post back with what all you tried in the document, and we can try and help more from there.

same situation is with me ..
.. i have hp core i3 .. i've bought 3 days ago .. when i opened cyberlink webcam .. it was working perfectly .. but the next day image wasn't clear .. it is blur n dark now .. i can't fix it .. can any 1 tell what to do?
