I get this Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family Video Driver Error (sp38897.exe from http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareList?os =2093&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3647212 ) For my HP Pavilion dv9743cl Entertainment Notebook, from the proper location upon the HP website, and when I run the exe, it says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software. - Setup will exit."
I would like to know what is going on?
I would contact HP through Live Chat Online Suppoert, but their weblink is screwed up--
We're sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred.
The error has been logged and will be examined for further review.
And has been like that for about a week now.
My originale problem was my Graphics Card was messing up, crashing my laptop, HP tells me to restore back to my system default at which it was sent to me, and that didn't help at all, and I isntall what they tell me to install, and nothing has worked since, and has only made problems worse.
Any assistance to help attempt to recover this notebook would greatly be appreciated...
I can't contact them by Email, cause I don't have the paperwork anymore, and I'm to busy during the day hours to call HP.

Try this Intel URL. You didn't state what OS you have installed.
