My HP NC 6400 Screen is messed up

My HP NC 6400's screen is completely messed up. It looks like it's taking one line of the screen and copying it a couple hundred times down the screen. It's just an odd assortment of colors and whatnot.

 

I can kind of see the windows logo when I log on, but once I'm in to Windows, it's essentially useless.

 

As a side note (but possibly related) - I have been getting the blue screen from time to time that says something about ati2dvag and then says some random numbers and then says beginning dump of physical memory. I tried installing some new video drivers, but the ATI drivers apparently don't work with this laptop, so it said they couldn't be isntalled. I installed some OMEGA drivers last night, and haven't had the blue screen (that doesn't mean it won't come back) but the screen is still useless.

 

Any suggestions?
