My WebCam HP6090 Dosen't Work !!

Name : HP Pavilion dv6 6090ee
Number :LM596ES#ABV
Operation System : Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Error Massage : No webcam detected
My webcam dosen't work
When I open the CyberLink YouCam3.5 or 5 I see this Erorr :
"Warning
No webcam detected.Try pluging in a webcam into your computer now.If you are using an integrated camera,make sure that it is turned on."
I Reinstall Cyberlink Program And Latest Version of Net.Framework And DirectX but again When I Open The Cyberlink YouCam that erorr appear.
I Also Haven't Image Device In Device Manager !
In C:\SwSetup For Webcam I Only Have YouCam , is it right ? or I must Have Driver For Webcam ?
I do everything you think,I Also Change OS and Update it !
My Problem Is From Software Or Hardware ?

Hi,
Seems like a hardware issue only. If the Webcam light doesnt come on then then call technical support and they should be able to replace it if still under warranty..
Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

I Sharing This Issue to Warranty and he says : when you bring your laptop to warranty at first we do RECOVERY and when we cannot success we change the Webcam ! so you can do RECOVERY befor you com here !!!
Now,when i buy My Laptop I Change The Os To Ultimate 64bit And Make 2 Other Partition And Now I Have aboute 400 GB Information In HDD , And When I do RECOVERY I Lost My Information,And I Haven't Any External Hard To Backup !!
