I further studied and tested the problem and I must admit that my first impression was wrong. The Amd Radeon does work, but it's not controlled in any way buy the user. Using the catalyst to set an application with low or high performance doesn't make a difference. If an application needs the dedicated gpu to run cause with the integrated it will not work, the radeon will be activeted. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
