I am trying to reinstall my video drivers on my HP dv7-2170us laptop (the video GPU is ATI 4650) and I keep getting this message both at the conclusion of the install and every time I start the computer:
Could not load the file or assembly 'MOM.Implementation, Version=2.0.3327.19720, Culture=neutral,PublicKeyToken+90ba9c70f84672e' or one of it dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
The Catalyst Control Center does not appear at all in the system tray. What is the problem and how do I fix it?
