Problem with contrast

Hi!I've just got myself Dv6 PAVILION 2116 er!So far i,m happy with it,the only problem i' got is i would like to adjust the screen contrast with left alt+left shift+Prt Sc.The way it say in Control Panel.It' s do not workI!Could anyone,please tell me how to modify contrast.Thank you!
