I'm in need of some serious help here.

No player will play any video correctly on my laptop... Never was like this until I reformatted it a month ago.
I was going to upload this with Fraps or Bandicam, but all my codecs are jacked up.
Media Player Classic, VLC, DivX Player, Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc. All bad video playback.
Codecs I have: XviD, DivX, Shark007 Codecs.
I have the most recent release of ATI Mobility Catalyst drivers.
