Rstoring computer to its original state

Hello. My webcam was not working. So, an HP Assistant told me to Restore my computer to it's original state. and now, when I turn it on, it gives me the message, "Unable to install Windows", and gives me an "OK" button to push. When I click "OK", it restarts and does it again. Not sure what's going on. I have a HP Mini Netbook.
