Hi, I had problem with screen size, its sets screen resolution automatically to 1366X768 instead of 1280X800(machine standard).
My Product Name : DV4 2112tu , Product No: WR716PA.
1. When reinstall the OS its showing properly(fit the screen properly, the machine max resolution size is 1280X800), after that it was changed to above.
2. Asked Customer Care of HP, no use
, no suggestion.
3. went Service Center, first time they said its software issue you may re install and it was not supported. ( also warranty period has over in-between because of they were not doing properly).
4. I reinstall the OS whenever its happen, it will be ok for some times.
5. now its happening often. I went again Service Center. ( this time another Engg. he told its chip problem, you have to change the mother board. I asked , if its chip or mother board issue why its working after reinstall the OS, they were simply avoid to answer my question. there intensive is to change the mother board, I heard one of the person was gave to repair and the that Authorized Service Center was removed some parts. so I was asked how much it will come, they said 18,000 Rupee and there may be 20 to 30 % discount. ( also warranty for the above model is not extendable as HP has stopped with in year, very bad for customer), I said its not my problem, its HP and your Service Center problem because i came with this same problem you people was not say anything in warranty period, but after the warranty period you guys says like this, she said I will ask HP, then I got mail that HP was not giving only 10%.
So what my expectation to put this messages is if anyone know better to approach the concern person in HP please let me know.

Hi,
I'm NOT a seller and do not plan to sell anything. I'd like to point out you are wrong UNLESS you bought your laptop elsewhere. That is the specs for India, you may buy your laptop from different country which is not in the world because can not find this model anywhere except India.
Regards,
