The keyboard of my Pavillion dv6700t was not printing so I decided to restart the laptop, the screen went blank. This situation continued after turning off and on several times. I connected a monitor to the laptop and punched fn+f4 several times to no avail. I guess the next step is to send it back for repair but i have been navigating this web page and couldn't find where to get in touch with tech support.

Do a hard reset, remove batter and ac adapter, let it sit 30 sec then plug in ac adapter and fire it up. If no picture as you power on notebook continuously press f10 till you get the blue phoenix bios screen. Also reseat the hdd and memory. If all that fails send it in.
